i recieved a call from **(the company i am under during comex)(censored) yesterday

"Hello, is this brenda? i think you told the customers wrong information. she insist that you told her and want a change. you need to settle this.."

WTF

THE CUSTOMER INSIST THAT I TOLD HER THE SET HAS BLUETOOTH BUT IN FACT IT DOESN'T

THE PROBLEM LIES WITH THE BROCHURE THAT THEY ASK US TO GIVE OUT LA

if i manange to find the brochure i will show it to you all

they put the blutooth series and non bluetooth together

under the same digram,

under the same column!!

HOW CAN THE CUSTOMER DIFFERENCIATE!?!?

to those who have once looked at the brochure you all will know

AND NOW ALL THE BLAME IS PUT ON ME!!!

apparently i need to pay for whatever the customers insist on changing
